It was a whirlwind weekend of Bat Mitzvah celebrations for the Berger Family. The festivities began on Thursday with a Challah making lesson and luncheon at The Greenfield Day School led by Rebbitzin Sima Becker. Sima taught Shayna and a few friends and family how to make Kosher Challahs. I happened to learn a thing or two as well.
We had a lovely family portrait session at Bet Shira Congregation. All the Bergers and Samoles were dressed in their best and ready for the weekend events.
After two Bat Mitzvah services and two festive meals, everyone still had a little left in them to party! The weekend concluded with a fabulous party at Lucky Strike in Miami Beach. Shayna's Sock Hop was an all out 50's celebration complete with poodle skirts, bobbie socks, bowling shirts and more. It was a great time for everyone there.
When people hire me, they invite me into their lives – I take this very seriously, and act as a silent observer and, more often, even a friend. I always take great pride in my work and it is thrilling for me to see the look on someone’s face when I present them with a collection of images. Each opportunity that I am given to tell a story through my photography is a gift. I hope these stories give you a sense of who I am, and my images make you want to come back for more! Please send me an email to tell me more about yourself and what you are looking for!
