the haggard family

I have been photographing this family since before the children were born. They have grown with me as much as I have grown with them. They are dear friends and hold a special place in my heart. To capture this family reunion was such a pleasure. We had a lot of fun and they were very easy subjects!

Alan...thank you for defending for our country...stay safe!

two for the chase

I had so much fun with these two cutie pies! Sometimes I actually forget what it's like to be 4 and 2 and wanting to be so independent! Each with a mind of their own and a very strong will, Miles and Sophia really kept their mom and I on our toes. I pulled out all of my tricks and we had a lot of fun in the process!

jessica + scott - yes!

Jessica and Scott came in town for a whirlwind weekend. They had just enough time to meet me for their engagement session. I had a really great time getting to know them. Scott is an avid tennis player, so we headed out to Key Biscayne to the tennis center at Crandon Park where the pros play the Sony Ericson Open. From there, we had to sneak in a quick trip to the beach, of course. I couldn't send these two back to Texas without feeling the sand between their toes!
Thanks you two! I can't wait until the big day!

mabel

a big name for this little peanut...but her personality explains it all. I met Mabel and her family last week while they were down in Miami for a visit with grandma and papa. Mabel was full of smiles and those cute baby girl giggles. We had a great time and I look forward to spending more time with this family during their upcoming family celebrations.

melissa + keith - yes!

When you know someone for a large portion of your life, it's nice to reflect on the child they were and get to know the adult they have become. I have known Keith and his family for a long time now. When he first introduced me to Melissa, I could see exactly why he loves her so much...she is warm and sweet and a lot of fun to be around. When they finally asked me to photograph their wedding, of course I was thrilled!

Their engagement session was a lot of fun. We spent the afternoon in Coconut Grove. They were silly and goofy and really romantic. I love their chemistry. Melissa was worried that she was laughing too much in these photos. I think she looks exceptionally beautiful when she laughs!

Thank you for a great afternoon. I had so much fun with you lovebirds and I am so excited for your wedding! Keep laughing!

Giovanna + Chad - I Do

I got a call from Giovanna and Chad just three weeks before their wedding. From the very moment we met, I knew that I wanted to be a part of their wedding day. They are so warm and welcoming and so romantic with each other. Not to mention that they loved my quirky ideas! It is a pleasure to be around them. Their wedding day was a small, intimate affair as they were surrounded by the people they love. I was honored to be able to capture these moments for them and have some fun creating our own images after the wedding was over.

Here is a sneek peek while I get to work on the editing:

I promise that there are more to come! Thank you for welcoming me into your lives!

The holidays are here!

Holiday portrait season has officially begun. I am full of fun and exciting new ideas that I would love to share with you as part of your photo experience. I have been booking sessions all summer and the calendar is getting quite full. Each year our fall sessions sell out earlier and earlier, so if you are considering a session please book early to avoid disappointment.

Here are the details:
Standard and signature sessions are available through the end of October. Only signature sessions are booked for November and December. These sessions are our premium offering and include a beautiful session album of your images. No standard sessions are available during these two months.
As always, we have beautiful custom holiday cards available, including our new samples above. Cards are available for purchase with an accompanying portrait order and take 2-3 weeks for design and printing. We also have a number of exciting new products this year including presentation boxes, gift books, and wall gallery collections!
If you do not require a full session, but wish to have stunning holiday cards and/or need gift prints, consider a mini session. Dates are on the calendar (of the website) now. Mini sessions are just $150, last 20 minutes long, and include an online galley with 15 images available, and photo credit. Mini sessions are offered each month, pending availability.

Please email or call 305 903 5126 to reserve your signature, standard, or mini session!
